Quality manual

Document that describes the centre's QAS and incorporates all the academic and administrative processes of the centre (Process Map) with a brief description of each. The Manual refers to responsible bodies, documents, regulations and procedures (which already exist at the UGR) that describe in detail the stages of the different processes.

System results and accountability

The improvement system of the implemented QAS generates periodic analyses that are collected in Management Reports; improvement actions on the different aspects included in the scope of the QAS; and documents that evidence its development, such as the communication plan, minutes and other evidence, which are covered in the following sections:

  1. Centre Management Report. It is the annual analysis the centre carries out of the previous academic year, reflecting all the analyses and decisions taken and the results achieved:
  2. Centre improvement plan (doc): It is the document that records all the centre's improvement actions, their objective, persons responsible, timeline and monitoring and achievement indicators. This Plan will integrate those of the degrees.
  3. Communication plan (doc): Document that sets out the objectives, persons responsible, channels and timeline of the actions aimed at disseminating information and accounting to all the centre's stakeholders.
